1. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best possible service, but we cannot guarantee that our website or services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our agents, employees, officers, or directors will not be held liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, services, or any linked websites. This includes direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.  

 

2. Payment

Full payment is required before we commence any work on your order.

 

3. Complaints

We value your feedback and aim to respond to all complaints within 24 hours. Please submit any complaints in writing. If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, we are open to arbitration by a mutually agreed-upon independent third party.

 

4. Delivery Format

We will provide your drafts in both PDF and Microsoft Word formats. While we cannot be held responsible for any compatibility issues with your specific computer setup, we will do our best to assist you in resolving such issues and may provide alternative formats if possible. However, please note that IT support is outside our scope of expertise. If we are unable to resolve compatibility issues, you may need to seek professional IT support at your own expense. We do not create editable documents in Apple Pages, Google Docs, or any other format besides Microsoft Word.

5. Turnaround Times

Our standard turnaround time for first drafts is seven business days from the completion of your consultation, not from the date of your order. We do not begin work on new projects until the consultation has taken place. Revisions are typically completed within two to four business days of your request. We cannot be held responsible for missed application deadlines, as each client is unique and the time required to perfect your documents may vary. We recommend engaging our services at least 14 business days before any application deadlines. No refunds will be given for missed deadlines.

Upon receiving your first draft, you have two weeks to review and provide feedback. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we may consider your service concluded.

6. LinkedIn Profile Writing

Our LinkedIn Profile Optimization service includes a document file with a full write-up of various LinkedIn profile sections, which you can easily copy and paste into your live profile. We do not directly log in to or create profiles on behalf of clients for security and confidentiality reasons.

7. Refunds/Cancellations

Final Draft Resumes is a professional writing service. There is no trial or grace period after purchasing our services. Significant time and effort go into each project. As resume writing is a personalized service, we are unable to offer full refunds. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer up to three revisions to address any changes or concerns.  
 

Refunds will not be issued for missed deadlines. Project timelines vary based on individual needs and specifications. While we strive to deliver first drafts within seven business days of your consultation, we recommend starting the process at least 14 days before application deadlines.

Partial refunds may be granted for requests made between the date of purchase and the consultation call. No refunds will be given for requests made after the consultation.

8. Personal Document Preferences

Our writers are professionals trained in current industry standards and keywords. While we value your personal preferences, deviating from our recommendations may impact the effectiveness of your documents and void our interview increase guarantee. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

 

9. Communication with Your Writer

We primarily communicate with clients via telephone and email. Please check your spam folder for any emails from your writer.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the material on our website, including site design, structure, graphics, software, and source codes, belong to us or our licensors. You may only use this material as expressly authorized by us. You may access, view, copy, and/or print pages from our website solely for evaluating our services or placing an order. Any other use of the material on our website is strictly prohibited.
